Introduction
On Monday, January 2, 2012, Kansas intercessors are invited to join the United States Reformation Prayer Network and answer a nationwide call to rebuild our walls of righteousness. These walls will surround our own hearts, our cities, our state and nation. The key verse for this election year initiative is:
Nehemiah 6:15-16:
“So the wall was completed on the twenty-fifth of the month of Elul, in fifty-two days. And it came about when all our enemies heard of it, and all the nations surrounding us saw it, they lost their confidence; for they recognized that this work had been accomplished with the help of our God.”
More specifically, we desire to see Godly leaders and laws put in place. Where there is immorality, we want to see Godly virtue. Where there is corruption, we want to see leadership above reproach. We want to promote and sustain a Biblical worldview among the leaders of America and establish a Republic.
Prophetic Vision:
As a prophet state, Kansas has a calling to restore life where there has been death, and to produce creative solutions to difficult problems. We are a new wineskin forming in the heartland. The government of His kingdom is arising.
*On 11-11-11 Dutch Sheets said ” We stepped into a new era of the triumphant reserve…the ecclesia arising to become the authority of God in the earth representing kingdom authority and order. Kansas, you will recover everything that has been stolen, and from this place to America we release reformation…from the place of greatest death to greatest redemption.”
*And in 2010, Chuck Pierce prophesied “A voice will be heard from the land of Kansas that says “Restore this nation back to Israel.”
*In 2010, Curt Landry decreed that “We are one. We are one with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. We are one in Christ in this place.”
We have received great grace in Kansas to experience the restoration of king and priest-civil government uniting with kingdom government—-to become one under a tabernacle covering of the Lord. We can hope and expect new wineskin solutions to restore the broken places of our government. We can hope and expect governmental covenant alignment with Israel to break forth. We can hope and expect that in His kingdom dominion, Life will crush the rule of death and change a nation. This tent of covering, His tabernacle, will stretch to the four corners of our nation. Life, restoration, innovation, new solution and a new wineskin model will be formed as we persevere in the mindset of the triumphant reserve.

Kansas Week of Prayer
May 7 - 13, 2012
The week of May 7th begins the designated week that Kansas leads the nation in fasting and prayer for the 2012 elections.
Monday and Tuesday: Business/Economy
Kansas is a prophet state that has a redemptive purpose to bring forth witty inventions, creative ventures and new designs. Boeing has recently closed shop in Wichita but new businesses are knocking at the door to claim the vacancy. The unemployment rate in Kansas is 2% lower than the national average. Kansas Department of Agriculture reports that in 2011 wheat production was down 22% from the previous year.
*We decree the release of Kingdom vision for witty inventions and innovative businesses that will expand economic growth.
*Let hidden treasures of the land be revealed and wisdom be granted to mine those treasures with Kingdom stewardship and authority.
*All Glory to Jehovah Jireh! We declare the revelation and observance of first fruits giving be released in the mountain of business in Kansas.
* We decree the awakening of our authority over the elements of weather so that the land and crops will be blessed with abundant supply for the breadbasket of the nation.
*We declare a year of jubilee into our financial structures of Kansas—restoring debt, property and freedom over business in our state; Kingdom wealth and resources are multiplying under covenant blessings.
Wednesday and Thursday: Government/Military
Government
Kansas is the only state government to own and operate casinos. We also have a poor system for selection of the Supreme Court judges that is politically weighted and needs reform. We thank the Lord that in this last year a Resolution of Apology to Chiefs of 5 Native American tribes in Kansas was issued and for the Resolution of Alignment with Israel coming forth in April.
*We declare over the minds of our Kansas legislators new solutions to old problems are being birthed. Innovation with Kingdom wisdom and righteous principles will reformat our government’s administration and law making.
*Lord, set in place truthful, righteous, tested statesmen and women for governmental offices for 2012. Remove those who stubbornly resist Your plan.
* Let lightning bolts of Your holy power uncover all corruption in government. Shake and shatter ungodly practices and pockets of resistance to your Kingdom rule.
*Grant the people of Kansas the grace to realize that Government is not their keeper. We declare an end to the “welfare” culture and entitlement expectations in this generation in Kansas.
*We bless our state, city, and county government officials and school boards with peace and wisdom and righteousness across our state. We decree school curriculums to line up with the plumb line of the Word of God.
*We decree lies and deceptions are being overcome by Truth in the media mountain in Kansas. We call forth communicators of integrity and truth to take their positions in news media.
Military
*We declare covenant blood protection around the perimeters of our military installations, individual soldiers/pilots and their families: Kansas Air National Guard, McConnell Air Force Base, Ft. Leavenworth, Ft. Riley, Kansas Army National Guard.
*Many soldiers return to Ft. Riley from conflict in the Mid East. We speak life and healing for their spirit, soul and bodies. Preserve their families with love and faithfulness. We decree destruction over the destroyer who seeks their life through suicide.
*We call forth military leadership that walk in Kingdom principles. Grant them Godly wisdom, counsel, discernment and instruction from Your throne. You are Jehovah Nissi!
Friday and Saturday: Family/Marriage
The institution of marriage is key for a thriving, prosperous society. Therefore it is under massive assault, especially among the Christian community who are to model covenant.
* We bless our governor’s efforts to build a model in Kansas that fosters healthy marriages.
*We decree the covenant breaking spirit is broken in Kansas. Let Your healing flow upon those families that have suffered the trauma of divorce. Give us hearts to love one another.
*We decree husbands and fathers are awakening to their Godly roles in establishing a God centered home full of love and compassion. Their hearts are returning to the sons and the sons to the fathers!
*We declare the restoration of the teaching of the 10 commandments whereby children learn to honor their fathers and mothers.
* Lord, restore the joy of the family dinner table where communion and relationships encounter love and treasured times of Your presence.
*Let Your covenant blood continue to protect the definition of marriage in Kansas as the union between one man and one woman.
*We decree that the remaining three abortion clinics are now closed in Kansas. Let a heart of adoption fall upon this generation to adopt the babies saved from abortion.
Sunday: Ekklesia
*We stand before Your throne to buy gold refined in fire. Awaken us to Your holiness. Mantle us in humility. Teach us to walk in love. Forgive us for not forgiving others. Expose and uproot bitterness in our hearts and restore us to Your peace.
*Let the Ekkesia arise in every county in Kansas to make their voice heard before the throne of God and before their governmental leaders. We decree passivity is broken. Awake! Shine! You are mantled for war!
* We decree dividing walls are broken and one heart is rising in the church for Kingdom reformation on every mountain. Let apostles and prophets be set in place on all mountains of our culture.
*We declare the governmental church is rising with an understanding and observance of the appointed times of the Lord!
*We decree discernment of the truth is restored in the body of Christ. We will not be swayed by political thinking, media spin or twisted doctrine. We will know the Truth that sets us free!
*Pour out your compassion upon our hearts for the lost to be saved across our state. We declare all of Kansas will be saved because
Top State Issues
The church as a legislative body (ekklesia) is arising not only through intercession, but also in civil positions of influence in our government. Their voices of light and truth are beginning to pierce the darkness. Structures of darkness will crumble as the 7 mountains of influence align under kingdom government. As the saints take their assigned positions, righteousness and justice are established. Ruined places are being restored. A new wineskin government is advancing. A culture begins to change. Jesus is now the Chief Cornerstone.
In Kansas government you will see:
* an emphasis on preserving life;
* a battle to uphold the family unit and parental authority;
* pursuit of freedom the right to decide our healthcare and our faith;
* efforts to restore an unstable financial base.
The saints are regaining their voice and influence for the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ. The battle for mountain dominion is fierce, but we have read that the judgment is in favor of the saints!
Family Mountain
HCR 5030 Parental Rights Resolution: This sends a message to Congress and the President urging for parental rights amendment as a constitutional amendment. We have always recognized parental rights in this nation and desire to continue this resolve.
Senate Bill 68 : Last year this bill introduced Homosexual Indoctrination. It was supported by Kansas Equality Coalition, a well funded homosexual (LGBT)group promoting “gender identity” which would make all bathrooms, locker rooms, swimming pool locker rooms gender neutral.
House Bill 2598: Pro-Life Protection Act: Prohibits state funding for abortion and insurance plans; prohibits tax credits for abortion agencies and more; includes text concerning course material for sex education classes; includes heart monitor at 10 weeks for mother to hear baby’s heartbeat.
House Bill 2579: Life Begins at Conception (Federal and State Affairs Committee). This adopts the U.S. Supreme Court affirmation (1989) of the state’s right to promote childbirth; it affirms that the life of each human being begins at conception; also it includes state protection of the unborn.
HB 2636 Includes sexual orientation and gender identity as factors concerning the denial of civil rights.
Gambling groups are pushing for reopening of race tracks with “slots.” Slots are the crack-cocaine of gambling. Kansas is the only state in the nation to own and operate casinos.
Government Mountain
The way the Supreme Court Justices are chosen in Kansas gives way to party politics. We are the only state in the nation that uses this method. The Supreme Court Nominating Committee is made up of 4 attorneys, 4 appointees of the governor and a chairman elected by attorneys in a statewide vote. Professor Steven Ware of Kansas University has written critique, “Selection to the Kansas Supreme Court” on this issue. It’s not favorable.
Budgetary Issues: Reducing the overextended budget will be a major issue and source of potential conflict this year. Sales tax rate changes are being reviewed.
HB5007 Kansas Healthcare Freedom Amendment: This is a proposed amendment to the Kansas Constitution that would protect existing healthcare rights for Kansans. Kansas has joined with 26 other states and signed a lawsuit against Obamacare challenging the “have to purchase” clause as being unconstitutional. This will be heard at the US Supreme Court in March. For further information Click Here
HB 2523 Health Care Conscience : Right for health care providers and facilities to refuse to participate in abortion procedures and related drugs or devices.
Rainy Day Fund AmendmentSCR 1611 This would add a “rainy day” fund amendment to state constitution.
Education Mountain
Kansas Board of Education is setting standards for “next generation” science. These standards are being developed in conjunction with common core standards across the states and perhaps the nation. Objective presentation for all viewpoints is desired.
School Finance Amendment Would remove “suitable” from section in constitution and replace with “equitable”.
Economic/Business Mountain
Community Defense Act : Regulating Sexually Oriented Businesses
A strip club opened 20 miles north of Topeka right next to a school because we didn’t pass this last session. Hopefully this initiative will be reintroduced.
House Bill 2532 allows for the sale of alcoholic beverages in grocery and convenience stores.. Studies have shown that this type of sales leads to a 37percent increase of alcoholic beverages, and opens the door for teens to handle alcohol. Alcohol consumption destroys lives and families
Religion Mountain
Senate Bill 2087 “No Foreign Law” addresses the protection from Sharia Law in Kansas. There is a national Sharia campaign through the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) that is targeting Kansas City with billboards and adds in an attempt to indoctrinate citizens with Sharia law and Islam.
